Dear Members,
has the wage limit in workmen comensation act been increased?
if yes plz provide the notification if anybody have?
what about other employess compensation if they got accident, which act cover them?

Dear Sir,
Please find attached the amendment made in Workmen Compensation Act. As per the amendment, it is no longer called W C Act. It is presently known as Employees Compensation ACT.

The old act on workman compensation has been replaced with new one in 2017. To avoid misrepresentation, the thread is being closed. Members are requested to refer the new act. Following is one such link:
