Dear Member,
When sugar factory is covered under the Factories Act, 1948 then why are you asking leave details under the Shops & Establishment Act & that is too without specifying the name of the state as you must be knowing that Shops Act is a State Act.

Dear Member,
I do not know why you are referring these sections to the member with regards to leaves. None these sections have any relevance to leaves. What is the purpose of referring these sections ?
