Hi
As I understand from your post, language is not the problem but organizing your thought process is your problem.
In this context it is important to understand that some people are naturally gifted with the ability to write and express well, just as some others can articulate and speak well while others have an extraordinary gift of sketching and painting or are stronger in Maths and Science.
Does this mean that there is no hope for others? It is just that others have to understand their own style, adapt new techniques and work hard. So by posting your problem you have initiated the first step of seeking out new techniques and I am sure you are prepared to work hard too.
To organize your thoughts, read up on the Tony Buzzan Style of Mind Mapping which is a well known technique. If possible attend a workshop on that style. However I have neither attended such a program nor met any one who has undergone such a workshop so you have to check out on effectiveness and suitability of the same for you.
I have developed my own style and the key is to begin with a simple starting point which could be in the form of a subject line (as you would do in a letter) so that the crux of the writing is clear first. This would give you the fulcrum around which to outline your points. With this fulcrum in place, make a list of collaborating, competing, supporting and dysfunctional ideas. Each of these could possibly be the sub fulcrum of each paragraph or set of paragraphs. They can also act as sub ideas and sub titles. Now add meat to the skeleton using sentences peppered with action words, adjectives and the right tone.
To have an idea of my style of writing do visit my Inspirational and Motivational Blogs listed below

Your comments on the blogs and the writing style will also be much appreciated.
Hope the ideas expressed will you a good starting point for you to prepare, practice and perform well.
Regards and Best Wishes

Jacob is right. Mind maps popularised by Tony Buzzan in the 1970s is a useful tool. If you have not searched the web how to organise your thoughts see Google
The following site Google gives examples of mind maps (some very complicated, which should not deter you from using).
I hope these help you.
Have a nice day.

Hi,
To write well, you must read a lot. Can be in the form of Newspapers -Analytical Articles, Magazines related to your profession etc.
Before you write anything try and break down / jot down every issue into these heads
1. Description of the Issue - Problem
2. Understanding of the Issue
3. Causes
4. Effects
5. Solutions / Options
If it is a simple problem then >> - Introduction - Main - Options - Final recommendations
# Search on the net for the regular formats of the reports etc you are required to write, you will get an Idea about how to structure your reports.
# Prepare an outline structure/ skeleton in rough in pencil/ laptop. Take view of a colleague if required on the draft.
# Then finalise your report.
# Keep the language simple but correct. High flown language is not required.
As you keep writing more and more, your writing will improve. You can use these forums in Cite HR to express your views more often which will improve your written skills.

Hi,
To improve upon your written communication, I suggest you to undergo one of the below.
1. Technical Writing Training ( visit this blog for more info : Technical Writing as a career The advantage of this course is you can switch your career into tech writing or you can improve your writing skills as well as you will improve upon the knowledge on the tools)
2. Corporate Communication: This is preferred if you think you just want to improve upon your writing skills. Its a workshop conducted for few weeks, the reason being you cannot improve your written skills in one day or two days, so we have ensured it goes on for few weeks, and you will be given lot of assignments on the same till you complete the course.
Please get in touch with us for more details about the course, also find the attached file, which gives details about the course.
