Dear All,
Recently i was going through my PF Slip in which i found that the admin charges of 1.61% is not been added but the same has been deducted every month in my salary. So at the time of withdrawing the PF will i not get 1.61% along with 24% i.e. 12% Emplr & 12% Employee.
And also please send me the format of calculating the PF and interest. Since there is no DA calculated in our company so it will be useful for me to know the amount as to how it is calculated.
Awaiting a positive reply from your end.

Dear Spana,
I am wondering that why your company is deducting Administration charges from your salary. Companies has to pay the Administration charges, may be your coming is doing the same. Any way check with your Finance /H.R Dept about the same.
I am conforming you that P.F administration charges will not appear in Payslips and it is not a Income of employee, it a administrative cost to the company. you can see only the Provident Fund amount that is Employee (12% ) + Employer ( 3.67% ) total 15.67 % in your payslip out of 24%. Balance of 8.33 % goes to FPF amount and this will not appear in Payslip, it will be paid at that time of retirement.
Note that P.F Interest differs from Year to year, it is depends on Government decision .Currently P.F dept. is giving 8.5 % Interest on Provident Fund amount.

Dear
When you withdraw your pf from EPF department you will get only 12% of employee share and 3.67% and 8.33% of employer share. If you complete less than 6 month of continous service you did not get 8.33% of employer share.

In the pf slip you will find only 12%+3.67% and rate of intrest also not 8.33% (eps) and as far as administrative charges is concern it is the liablity of employers not of emloyees.
