Hi,
We are 3 year old ITES startup in Gurgaon, Haryana working 24/7. Now I want to know if there are
any legal formalities or any kind of permission required to work in night shift. We don't have women employees working in nights but have few who are working in day shift. Any help would be appreciated.

If you are not registered with Shop & Establishment Act then get it registered immediately with Shift working details to the registering authorities there is no separate intimation to the Approving Authority.
