Dear Seniors,
Could you Pls. help me out how to do Manpower planning for a retail store. For Example If I am starting a super market How can I find the required manpower. Actually we used to get it from mumbai where our head office is situated and they will decide but I know two key areas i.e., Targeted sales and square feet of the store. Let us go with these two and plan..............
