Dear sir plz let me know that if i hv deducted pf of 1 employee whose salary is above rs.6500 can it be compulsory for me to deduct pf of all my employees drawing salary more than Rs.6500?

Its not necessary, If the Basic of an employee > 6500/- and he does not wants to be covered under PF.
If your Organization covers all employees under PF irrespective of their Basic Salary you should cover the employee if he does not have any objection.

Sir
I have been offered a job in a company, where they pay only consoidated salary . It will be around Rs.30000.00. THey say it is not compulsory for them to deduct PF and they will not deduct any PF from salary or contribute from Compnay. I thought, it is compulsory since it is a welfare scheme made by the government for employees. Pl adv whether their stand is right.
Tks
