Please tell me what is skill Matrix? How to set skills matrix for Mktg people.
What is process for that? What is the difference between competency matrix and skill matrix? If possible please clarify my doubt with examples of format for each.

firstly you have open the mail after that click on attached file, here onw windows open, in this window you have enter your user ID and password of the citehr network then you can open the attached file and read it.

Dear Steve,
First of all, the matrix that you have developed is extra-ordinary and I really benefitted from it. You will have to pardon my ignorance but I could not exactly gather the abbrievations in the row headers begining with OE, C&T, EE, PMKS, R&R, ED. If you could update it (there is considerable space in the row header columns and repost it, it would be beneficial to have a common understanding. What I understood form OE is "organisational evolution" and last one ED as "Excellence Delivered". Or if you could put the acrynoms at the bottom of the sheet.
