yesterday labour inspector visited our office & issued notice stating that we have not exhibited FORM X & FORM U at the entrance of factory & not maintained Register D (equal wages act) ask compliance report in 7 days please any one can send me FORM X & FORM U

Dear Ramesh,
The inspector is right. Abstracts of certain acts are tobe displayed in the Notice Board.
You can get the abstract copies from the local stationery shops wherefrom you can get your statutory registers like salary registers.
However find attached some of them for your use.
