I jus wanted to know that everyday marking of the attendance should have to be through the signature of the CL(contract labour). Is there any other way through which attendance can be marked.We are trying bio metric but as the finger prints are not clear enough we are thinking of alternatives..Need hepl

This is not replacement for time cards that to be signed by supervisor or replacement for muster roll for regular employees. they are prescribed formats and these are tools for better productivity and data.

Request you to share templates/formats, if any, used for overseeing/monitoring CL attendance management, if principle employer has just to keep an eye on contractor's operational procedures or methodologies.
I have suggested the contractor to initiate their internal audit on attendance management & related issues, fortnightly, so that, any possibilities or occurrences of non-compliance can be avoided.
