Several times I have written earlier that training anyone can do. The real strength of trainer lies in designing pre-training and post-training questionnaire. It is difficult because of two reasons. First reason is that you have to do organisation's study and second is you won't get anything ready made from Google.
Concentrate on the causative factors of the training programme. Based on these causative factors, you can design pre-training questionnaire.
In few training programmes, pre-training questions and post-training questions both can be same. The difference in ranking or answers is the success of the training programme.
