As now in the market survey HR scope is very huge profile in future, at present now the HR dept funtioning only in same department in future all of departments are work in HR department not a single work to do without HR processing even the Top management also.

Each day moving up Human Resource is grudging up to the pace... Previously Human Resource was just a generalist role and nowadays the organizations have much trust on to the HR activities that there are lots of specific positions open in the same field.. In future much more innovative plans and actions would be on track that HR would lie as an important pillar for every organization.
