Recruitment Process is a vast topic. For your project you need to narrow it down to a particular aspect to do a meaningful project. Visualise what exactly would you like the end result to be. If that is clear, then you will be able to formulate questions better and many unproductive questions can be avoided. Keep your questionnaire to about 20-25 questions at the max. Avoid questions that need the respondent to write paragraphs/ be subjective.
