I need the salary benchmark data for HR Professionals across various sectors and various levels for the year 2009 and 2010 so that I can benchmark the salary of my HR department as per their current market rate.

Please ensure it should follow minimum wages of the respective state govt. and it is varry from industry to industry and company to company, please mention your place of company and the industry so that it would be easy to give the reply for the respective entities who are in the same place and in the same industry.
