My name is Vineet Keswani and I am a PGDM Ist year student. I have an assignment at my disposal, the assignment is that I have to make a short questionnaire and circulate it among the HR managers so that they can help me in understanding HRM in a better way, so I thought this would be the best source from where I can gain knowledge and the questions will also be answered. I request u to answer just the six questions in the questionnaire which will not take more than 5-10 mins.
The catch here is that the questions are to be answered keeping in mind different sectors like FMCG, Retail, Pharma, Banking, IT etc. It would be very very helpful for me if u guys can give the answers keeping in mind these sectors.
