Dear All,
I am Sowmya and I am working as a Sr.HR in a domestic call center in Hyderabad. The services of the company is into service industry talking advertisements. My management has asked to prepare a Daily Report and mail to them. I have been doing it as mentioning my daily tasks in point wise.But they want it in a different manner.
Please help me out is there any other format to be followed by as a HR most of the tasks will be repeated as there will be not much variation in the roles and responsibilities.
I will be really thankful to you if you could help me out.

I firstly thank you for your concern.
My tasks are if any body comes for interviews need to take care,Updating attendance, discussions and meetings with the management that goes up to 1-2 hrs on daily basis, coordinating with the lead manager,TL - marketing and telemarketers,Preparing important letters and formats of HR, Making note of late comings , warnings offer letters etc.
But I need to say you one thing that all the above activities are not same on daily basis where as some tasks like discussions , attendance will be my regular role.
Please suggest me how can I prepare a daily report in a different manner and how can I go about it.
