If i wanted to make a ppt i wud start with a general story of a "A gr8 leader".from thier we can start taking the Qualities of a leader as a motivator, as a intiator, as a problem solver, as a high on emotiionally intelligent, gud at human skills etc.
In one word a HR manager shud be a gud leader, he just have to know to manage his human resource in a effective manner.
U can try this theme if u are thinking of presenting this ppt to somewhere (if u like).
Anyways, according to me ur ppt is capturing all the qualities but u can add one " high on emotional quotient".

if u r going to present this ppt somewhere then u can think ofa ppt with the theme. I mean u can start with the story of any leader and can relate the qualities of ggud leader with the qualities of a gr8 Hr personnel.
