Dear All,
I am sundar finished my MBA in HR and i am having 3+years of working exeprience in HR domain.i.e.2.5 years of working experience in recruitment and 6 months having experience in HR generalist.but unfortunately currently I lost my job and they told me your performance is not good and u can resign your job asap.so currently i am not working anywhere and whatever i worked in my previous company they have not issued offer letter or appointment letter last 5 months finally they issued appointment letter and they told me resign your job they have not given salary last 2 months. currently i am not getting any job opportunity because of recession. kindly give me a suggestion how to overcome this problem and wherever i attended interview they've not selected me because u worked only 6 months in your previous company very shortly u resigned your job,and my last company i worked as a generalist HR and i lost my job and they have not issued any releving letter.kindly give me a suggestion that how to overcome this problem & how to success in interview?.i am in critical situation i want to get guidance from your people.

Dear sunder
I had worked in company for 3 months they asked me to resign
on non performance basic.I felt very bad and dint know where went wrong.
Now I am working as HR Manager In company and Handelling 7 Branches.
And I am doing same work ,with more responsibility and in more volume .
ANd Much more work than previous work .
I was working as assistant, now i work as a Manager (Only person in HR)
I have made improvement by noticing weak areas and improving on it .
ANd within this 1 year I have learned a lot.
Inspite of rejection ,If one have right attitude you will be very succesful
Generalist HR Professional.

Please let me know how to answer in interview if interviewer asked why did you resigned in your job from your previous company very shortly? and moreover now-a-days i am not at all getting any calls from any company or consultancy.why this is because of recession or they were rejected my profile?.can i mentioned my previous company work experience in my resume because i worked very shortly in this company?.
