Hi
"Trust" is an attribute, which needs to be inclucated through the organizational dimension of Culture and Climate. The organization structure is a diagrammatic representation of heirarchy and interactions between roles in an organization. Generally, structural aspects takes into consideration communication, culture and control as main contructs and trust cannot be incorporated while designing the structure.
Trust is to be build by the employer, for employees to experience through walk the talk, cannot be attributed to strucutre
