Hi
I need to send email on regular basis to seek a meeting. Though I have been drafting the same in the past, but I think it needs to be more attractive and welcoming as well.
Would appreciate if somebody can send sample email on the same and some thoughts on the same as well
Also incase anybody is aware of any site where we can find the sample formal corporate emails.
Thanks

Hi Preeti,
I am not aware of any website that will help you in this regards. However, I can give you few tips that I am following to interact with our clients based in US.
1. Try tp avoide passive language. Make it active, more lively.
2. Depending on the culture, use frequently (first name and/or last name) name of employees.
3. Sign off in different way each time you send them the email.
4. Let them feel that you will be available to them in case they need any help regading the meeting details.
These simple tips are working for me...hope these will help you too.
Sincerely,
Shashank
