can any one plz tell me the process involed in I J P (intrnl joing proces) esp in BPO’s.:icon1:
18th August 2009 From India, Aurangabad

1. All the interested candidate will send resume to HR.
2. HR will short list resumes as per the criteria and operations recommendations.
3. All written test will be conducted to further short list candidates.
4. Final round of interview along with HR.
