Dear all,
I am working in a company where in security personnel are employed both on company roll as well as on contract roll. the persons on security are defence retired and have already served countary of 20+ yrs so the salary of them as far better than the contract security who are merely 10 pass and fresh persons being deputed only on gates.
One day one labour officer came to inpection and raised the question on the salary diffrence issure no as per the contract labout abolition act 1970 as per section 12 of supara (1). read with rule 25 V (A).
pls note that the experience as well as the responsibiliy which both the security cater is of very different nature.
pls advise stand should we take on this.
