PPT is ok, however I feel delivery with this PPT is very important, and it will depend on the person who gives the delivery. Content is very short and leaves lot for presenter.

plus points for the sequence and the clarity of the message that you would like to convey.
Top of the head that came in mind while I was going through the materials, the points you have provided doesn't necessarily speak of leadership skills but rather tips to be an effective leader (my opinion).
