ofcourse your question is still not clear.termination of someone employment as a punishmentis like death sentence in criminal offence.so every step should be taken very cautiously.
for any misconduct ,you have issue chage sheet and after reply of charge sheet if given by individual than orer of domestic enquiry,second show cause after enquiry.than issue termination letter.
you can search this side on disciplinary proceedings .

Kindly go through the Appoinmnet order where in you find the different clause of termination based on which issue a show cause notice to the employee with in 7 days of time the employee needs give the valid reason based on which issue a termination letter.

If your company have certified company standing order then you can take guidence on termination of employees on the basis of misconduct,disciplinary action,factory lock out situation,company got heavy loses etc..
