Is it possible for you to explain your priorities to these guys, if not directly then through the other girl? I think talking out is sometimes the best way to settle things. I reckon these guys are offended as you went 'complaining' to the CEO, and that's what has made the situation take an ugly turn. I still recommend, go to these guys, talk to them, explain your professional objectives and assure them to be "friends forever'. If this does not work, then quit.
And yes, a word of caution for you, be careful.

Sometimes we people make problem for our self. No doubt we have to consider colleagues as good friends and we have to make good relations with them but we have to maintain our gap also. Lack of professional gap creates problems and cause stress. May be somewhere you are responsible for the said problem as not to maintain professional gap.
Well its time to take precautions and not to make this matter such a huge issue in the management. As you are well aware about them – go to them and discuss the same thing and have views - try to sort out the issue upto maximum possible limit – left your ego aside - ensure them that you are a good friend of them – feel sorry if you are at fault or forgive them if they say sorry and realize mistake.
Remember :- A employee who is not able to maintain gap in professional life may loose there self-respect.

Why did you have to inform the CEO about all this?
These stuffs are to be maintaoned outside office. If they are playign silly things with each other, all you need to do is - show no emotions that u r pleased or irriated. just ignore. They will close their mouth and start focusing on their work. End of the day people will blame you that you were encouraging this. And I believe that you are not at all interested in these things. So behave in the same way...act like as if you dont even see that such a fight between them is on.
Dont think of resigning because someone else is acting wierd dear. Once you start focusing on your issues and show least interest towards them, tehy will understand that you do not entertain such things, and it can only hamper their growth in the company.
Chill... :-) Just dont bother. Certain issues are best solved by not reacting! or responding! this is one such scenario

FIrstly I am assuming that all these are occurring within the office premises or an extended place of work.
Since the CEO of the company is already aware of the issue, you can look at warning the men if their approach doesn't seem acceptable to you. Please be aware of your rights as an employee and a citizen. If you strongly believe that you are being made a victim of undue discrimination and prejudice, you can always approach the Head of the Organization or any person appointed to inquire into such instances of Harassment.
At several companies these days, such instances are categorized under Gender Discrimination or Sexual Harassment or both for which the employer and the perpetrators are legally punishable.
So my suggestion is that REPORT the matter to a person whom you are confident in. Your silence may aggravate the matter.
Always remember that you have the right to self determination and there is no reason to compromise your job due to some unjustified reason as these.
