1. you can approach the labour commissioner's office at DMS compound and get a copy of the same-particularly for your industry.

IF YOU ARE WORKING, You can contact your HR dept.since they are sending annual accounts to PF office they will have accumulated list.
Moreover, pf office will send annual account slips every year(ended with February of every year) through employer for each employee - you can know the status from this.
Or you can contact the PRO of pf office wherein your office pf account is maintained, He will guide you
