I am khaja muhaideen working as a HR manager in garment factory in ciombatore. i have some doubt about young labour policies that means 14 - 18 years employees. Who is young labour under the act of tamilndu labour law specially for garment industries. what are the rule should be followed under young labour law, kindly anybody give some explanation for this question

young means either child or adolescent.
child--who has not completed 14 years of age.
adolescent-who has completed 15 years of age but less than 18 years.
regarding term and condition of employment of young person you can refer chapter vii
from section 67 to 77.
