Im a first year MBA student and have to conduct a research on employee satisfaction levels for a popular pizza chain.
We have been advised not to formulate a questionnaire. Instead we are expected to go use a 'Standard scale' questionnaire thats been tried and tested by researchers. We found one called the Minnesota standard scale and are looking out for other possible popular ones we could use.
Kindly advise where we can get such a questionaire from.
