Dear Mukunthan,
If this is happing then you need to first find out what is the reason, that people are leave, is it from a particular departement ? whether Manager / Supervisor under whom they are working are proper ? How is the work enviroment in the organisation.
First you need to investigate & correct the work place, otherwise this gives wrong signs outside in business enviroment.
Thanks & Regards

I am with M.Amal Shere .Following steps are suggested .
a) Background of employees.- Social/ Financial / Group working with .
b) Family background - Sound/Unsound/Poor.
c) Having extra income by different mode.
d) Counseling of such employee / Going employees home and explain /investigate his family .
e) Issue letter as per the Prcedure / Conduct enquiry .
At least somewhere one has to take disciplinary action to avoid such vast mass leave after the Pay Day .
