SHAILESH, Prepare a XL contain the Name along with the Current CTC and subsequently the Effective CTC after the Increment in the proper format. Get it approved from the management.

Dear Mr.Shailesh,
Step-1 : Please take total CTC in Excel sheet (Basic + DA + HRA + Conv + Spl. = Total Gross + LTA + PF + etc = CTC
Step-2 : Give Increment Grade-wise
Step-3 : Sum Total (Existing + Increment)
Note : Rewarding increment is purely based on the unit performance and individual performance. Based on the direction from top management arrive certain figure and allocate to individual employee according to their designation or grade. You may add +1 or +2 ...... increments in Basic based on the ratings given by respective HODs.
