hi good work form you. But some of the key points are missing and in case of professional Tax slab their is a change. As per the Karnataka Gov. The peresent slab is 4999-7999 Rs 60, 7999-9999 Rs 100, 9999- 14999 Rs 150 and 14999- above 200. Even if a employee earns 50000 the PT will be 200 only.:-D
Even when employee completes 4.6 months of continuous service in a same organization he is entitled to pay the gratuity. and in case of maturnity benefit employee has to work for contineous 80 days including the holidays and leave. And she has to inform or notice has to be given to managment regarding the maturnity leave. :confused:

Bonus minimum is 8.33% and maximum is 20%. this things which i have observed.
