dear All
I did my MBA in HR and handling IR Activities in a PSU. I want to pursue LAW in an evening college in Mumbai. The college shall have approval from both the BAR Association and UGC. I am unable to find such college in Mumbai. Kindly let me know whether any college recognized by UGC in Mumbai is providing LLB/BL degree as evening course.
regards

Dear Mr. Ravi,
As per the Bar Council guidelines there shall be no Evening Law College. Only day scholar law graduates are allowed to get enrolled as an Advocate. If you want to acquire Law Qualification for academic or for purposes other than Law practice, you can study through correspondence (BGL @ Annamalai University).

Dear Ravi,
Lecture timing at VPM Law college would be pm to pm.
Although 75% attendance is must, but not much strict on attendance part.
You can always visit on Vidya Prasarak Mandal - vpmthane.com for detail info on LLB

Hi
As pointed in earlier replies, there cannot be any evening law college as per the BAR COUNCIL of India Guidelines. The only exception is one or two colleges in Delhi.
Therefore, your dream of pursuing Law Course will not become a reality unless you are a Delhiite. Then about BGL offered by some universities through correspondence.. You will get the degree and knowledge but you cannot practice in a Court of Law. For enrolment in to BAR COUNCIL or BAR ASSOCIATION Law degree awarded in the regular course of study is a prerequisite. If you want to use law study for discharging your duties it is ok but for practicisng the coorespondence degree in law is not useful.
