Guess you have the performance linked incentive is in place already where there is a % of bonus on sales as commission is given to floor shop employees
For high value products you can provide employees some branded items having a particular value of their choice. you can have the product at subsidized price as well. you will have to differentiate ordinary and super performers by virtue of eligibility of amount
the best performer can act as shop supervisor for a day - (job shadowing) this measure helps employee understand the issues associated with managerial role, and at the same time have a sense of satisfaction of being rewarded for the superior performance. job rotation at various floors (or across product category) will help curbing the monotony of selling the same products.
