I am in the T&D field in a petrochemical plant for quite a long time.I am in need of question bank to evaluate the different attributes of interviewee.A few attributes like,Analytical skill and logical reasoning;Clarity of thoughts;Conceptual clarity;Openess of mind;Confidence level;Interpersonnel skills and team spirit etc
The main limitation is time,it is only for 30 to 45 minutes.
Kindly suggest me .

Are you presuming that these traits predict job success?
We ask 318 questions of all job finalists and it takes about an hour of the applicants time on the Internet, see the list below for what we look at prior to the hire.
How many questions can you ask in 30 to 45 minutes while listening to the answers and keeping a well documented written record? Perhaps as many as 20 questions? Face-to-face interviews are not very effective for identifying future successful employees.

- Verbal Skill ... a measure of verbal skill through vocabulary.
- Verbal Reasoning ... using words as a basis in reasoning and problem solving.

- Sociability ... tendency to be outgoing, people-oriented and participate with others.
- Manageability ... tendency to follow policies, accept controls & supervision, work within the rules.
- Attitude ... tendency to have a positive attitude regarding people and outcomes.
- Decisiveness ... uses available information to make decisions quickly.
- Accommodating ... tendency to be friendly, cooperative, agreeable. To be a team person.
- Independence ... tendency to be self-reliant, self-directed, independent action and make decisions.
- Objective Judgment ... the ability to think clearly and be objective in decision-making.

- Financial/Administrative ... work with financial data, business systems, admin. procedures, etc.

- Technical ... occupations that center on scientific/technical activities, research & intellectual skills.
- Mechanical ... in occupations that work with tools, equipment and machinery.
- Creative ... occupations where they are imaginative, original and aesthetic.
