Dear Ramesh,
Its is true, it sould be fair. What you have to do. you prepare SOP which will brief the Title of Reward, its frequency and period of delivery and department/ employees eligible. You will have to also prepare the nomination form which will be send to HOD
of concerned department and they have to select the names from their department and will be sent through nomination form.
You will have to also decide the jury member announcing the winner as mutually discussed.
Hoping you must have got idea of it.

Hi,
Iam into organized retail business and looking for Ideas on Types of Rewards and Recognitions for my Retail staff.
At the lower end of costing we need to be innovative with new ideas to keep the staff motivated as well as keep the cost in control.
In these inflation times the most demanding is "Cash" but then the quantum is small hence it becomes ineffective.
Please help me sharing your ideas and what all you are doing to keep the ship floating.
