Need guidance on to start up an Sports committee at my orgainsation.
Would be covering around about 7000 employees.
How do i go abt it ? The approach, communication, vendors - as it should be top to bottom approach & vice a versa - it is one of the initiative in line with employee enagagement.
Any article, material, presentation would be very useful.

Put a notice in the notice board regarding the sports committee to be form and inform the HOD as well as all the staff about the sports committe and finalise the criteria for sports member. accordingly select the member.
After selection of sports committe organise one sports meeting and let sports committe to decide what to do?

Communication : Thru HRIS system can be done.
we have a strength of 7.5 K employees and above across country, We sitting at a corporate need to form a committee and can assign roles & responsibility for members at different zones at regional and the branch level by designing the Calendar for the year.
Resources reqd??
Any Vendors who can support us in managing such a huge no.?
How can it be linked to the CSR activity ?
Accordingly the event can run across the locations depending on the feasibility of it.
