Dear Mantu,
The current employer is supposed to submit the duly filled Form 13 for transfer of PF funds from previous account to the current one at its regional EPFO office where its returns are being submitted, the application after verification will be sent to the RPF where the previous account was held and the transfer will then be effected after verification of the subscriber's records. It may take sometime for the funds to be transferred to the current a/c.
Best Wishes & Regards

Take three copies of Form 13 certify it at your end and send two copy to previous employer with a request for onward submission to concerned RPFC and send one copy to RPFC where your establishment is registred. It will be faster process.

I would suggest you to take three copies, send one on to the previous employer, one to the rpf commisioner of previous state and one to the rpf commisioner where ur company has an account. Try this it will be faster, but u have to follow up with them because these people are really slow.I tried it for my employees and it has helped me.

Hi I am working in a NBFC and what we normally do here is, when an employee asks for transferring his PF amount from the previous employer, we will fill up the concerned areas and send it to the previous employer with a copy to the PF Commissioner of the previous employer..
