Dear All,
The Title could be "Get Your Buddy" or "Oppurtunity to Earn while refer"
Normaly the person who involves into selection process are not entitled for perticular candidate.
In order to save IT on such reference we can allow reference from employee's family memebers if they are not earning...
Rest looks OK..
