Dear Usha,
If you do not have experience in conducting soft skills training, I suggest you choose a topic, where you are comfortable first rather than modules that may have fancy names.
If these are fresh graduates, you may choose a few team building exercises and a session on office etiquettes that may be relevant for your industry. We all know that, moulding is possible only when the clay is wet and such is the condition of these fresh graduates.

P.S. The attached file is something that I downloaded from our own citehr itself and there are so many more like as well and the credit actually goes to the person who posted it originally. You can choose any one or two games that might be handy and intrepret the same when you wind up the session.
