Dear Sampada,
Which Dearness Allowance you are referring to, Fixed DA or Variable DA. If you are paying DA applicable to your scheduled employment, you need not worry. But the DA which you are paying now alongwith Basic salary is more than the current Minimum wages then you are not violating law.
Please mention under which scheduled employment you are falling and the wages paid. If it is above the Minimum Wages, it shouldn't affect you.
