Dear all
In the part of contractor the ESI and PF is very tricky issue, if non compliance from contractor,
plz calculate avarage liability with avarage man power inculde min wages, on that basis you hold the double amount on the exect liability, till upto submit the documets,
so for it will help's in future, if any enquires comes from ESI, PF or labour dept,
and plz ask the PF and ESI returns with paid challans must and should for confrim the ESI and PF
and long back ESI and PF liability can deposit along with interst and damges, there is no issue to deposit the long back contributions
