My Father retired from service on 31 Dec 1996, the provident fund was deducted from salary. He is not recieving pension as per scheme 1995. Is he eleligible for pension as per latest Supreme court decision If so what are the documents form to be furnished

If your father had 10 years of membership in PF he will get pension. Since he had retired in 1996, the benefit of Pension Scheme, 1996 will be very low but he will get the past service benefit. You may approach the PF office with details regarding his membership etc.
The benefit of the recent Supreme Court ruling is available only to those whose PF contribution were not restricted to 12% of 6500. If your father's employer was contributing their share of contribution on salary above 6500, then he may get the benefit.

When you find this kind non-payment of PF cases then it is better to raise a grievance at PF portal, for remaining EPF members they can claim PF amount online or offline by submitting PF claim forms.
