Problem is universal very common and disgusting when some one committed y'day has even not come today!!! It has multiple reasons and a very few workable suggestion. I cite deliberately here one example that may not sound good to our fellow colleagues. In posting here in CiteHR,very few learned personalities address us along with whole community by name, write Hi or hello and they wish us and at the end of post also they close writing Regards, Thanks etc . This so happens that BARRING A FEW all the people are not focused,have less amount of JOB commitment OR THERE could be other soft reasons.But it goes as routine.Likewise there is another class, who are not requiring job, express gratitude in return for your attempts of reaching him and making feel that there is suitable position and he is one invited for a meeting!!!This class is also very big size.
I wish to add that from our HR front, always select good and well cultured persons and in case some one has not exhibited courtesy , it is opportunity before employment and team is right to declare Not fit.
