Sunday is a regular holiday. And this employee want to get holiday on Saturday then may be he want to come on Sunday instead of Saturday due to his personal work or would like to do some OD related work on Sunday due to off day. You can allow in this case.

No, Sunday also holiday. And for some offices, if he wants to come on Sunday also, office will not be open for one employee. That’s the case.

when hi is permanent and efficient employee in a company,& he want 1 more holyday jst like saturday,iys for him,its apply for all Employers Bcoz its company policy and in a 1 week 6 days is working so we are started 2nd saturday is jst like holiday

It all depends on organisaation size and also organisaiton requirement.
In our company we have allowed one person to take every saturday off since he is doing his higher education. Therefore leave granted with pay.
No one compares with that employee and if any urgent requirement he will stay back and work on those Saturday.
