Dear Archana,
As per my sugesstion, If its good company and it will help your carreer you can join, it will be add up on your experience and its gud oppertunity for you to learn more . Normally in contract basis if they perform well they will taken as permanent basis. even if you are in contract basis you can gain some experience. But if its very good concern you can join or other wise dont...

Hi Archana,
Basic - 6250 (in hand)
HRA - 3125 (in hand)
Medical Reimbursement - 1250 (only if you submit bills, otherwise paid at end of year)
Conveyance - 800 (in hand)
Consolidated - 8658 ( in hand)
PF - 750 + 750 ( deduction)
So, your in hand will be (6250+3125+800+8658= 15833 - 750 (employee contribution to PF) - 500 (income tax) = 14583. At the end of the year or whenever you claim reimbursement you will get the 1250x9 = 11250 (which is taxable).
For a nine month contract you are not eligible for PF deductions and also there is no need for medical reimbursement. You should get all of this as in hand and then your in hand will be 17333.
Cheers,
Buland

It is not about suggestion or taking advice...
Its all about you focus point and your way of looking at things.
Always remeber 'Getting a right job in a wrong Industry is worst and Getting is a wrong job in a right industry is something you can bet your life on' I think you got some momentum to you thinking.

Dear as other i will also suggest you not to go for contractual job. I have seen many of my friends never getting permanent , inspite of putting their best effort.
Rather i will like you to suggest that study and analyse what area of human resource has been asked in top standard companies-be it training & development, employee engagement..etc and start stuidng on that area.
you can do this analysis form job portal and offcourse cite hr will be a big help i it
Don't get fade away wid little shorttime joy of life but prepare yourself for something big ahead.
Best of luck:)

Hi Archana ,
Before taking this offer think... see i'll explain u what exactly it will be ...
RPO has given offer letter to you so u are the employee of RPO ok and for the project purpose u will working in client place but this will not help u in future career .. because that time it applies u are working in RPO is in consultancy not in a corporate . after 9 months whats the guarantee that they will take u on there pay rolls .. u may be knowing what wipro is doing .. they will take on contract for 3 months if they take on there rolls then after some time they have to give hike for the candidate right ... if they take on contract years together they can pay same salary for that position .
If you are not happy or satisfied with current company then go ahead.
but think over on this ... working on contract doesn't give any value if its on RPO payroll ... but u will get good experience ...
