Thank u for your valuable information but our pharmacutical industry policy, there are 9 sl and 7 cls but sls are forwarded to next year and cummulative up to 36. and pl ( as our EL) it will be cummulative up to 80 after that we encash 30 els. this process will be cycle in our industry Is it correct or not

As per the law maternity leave should be given to a female employee who completes 80 days preceding the date of delivery in the current organization.
I read a policy which says the employee must have completed 2 years to become eligible for maternity leave?
Please calrify the flexibility with respect to ML.
