what is your opinion about irregular appointment. Is there such a term like irregular appointment since the judge of the honorable divisional bench had quoted the term irregular appointment in one of the judgement while pronouncing the judgment . There might be some meaning of irregular appointment.

It is wonderful and surprising that there is not a single capable ,efficient and knowledgeable individual in the CiteHR team who can tell the difference between Illegal employment and irregular employment.

During 2013 I had filed a case against a public sector organization at labour court Ahmedabad regarding my illegal termination from employment and now it is in final argument stage and decision.
In case the management of the organization decides to reinstate me back to employment as permanent employee and tells me that they will offer the permanent appointment order if and only if I with draws my case from the labour court.
kindly guide shall I with draw my case from labour court first or demand some documentary proof of appointment .
