As, the discussion matter comes within the scope of sec 9A(Notice of change) of Indistrial Disputes Act,1947. I would suggest you to follow the procedure and forms under the ID Act. However we know though we display, those notice requiring objections, in factory gates and other places as said in Act. Most companies opt for "work from home", so none can know it.So, you might display it in factories as accord to Act, inclusive of it, i suggest you to send such notice to your employees mail and ask for objections(Follow the format of Form of Notice of change as stated in respective Rules). If possible you can go for online discussion forum and discuss with the trade union members. I hope its useful.
