Gross earned salary means - calculate by working days or fixed salary for whole month

How can you consider fixed salary for whole month if the workman is absent for 15 days without pay?

Are you sure about the calculation on Gross earned salary because one of my friend is saying that this calculation should be on Gross Rate. Have you any documentary proof for the same. Plz share.

Plz find attached herewith clarification issued by the Haryana Labour Welfare Board, Panckula, Haryana regarding deduction of Labour Welfare Fund Contribution from the wages of the employees under Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965 & the share of employers. Now by this clarification Govt. notification of dated 14.03.2019 has been made applicable w.e.f. 01.04.2019. Plz note accordingly for deposit of contribution amount with the board.

For Example :Ram salary month of May -2019 31 Days@12500/-*0.2%=25/-
Ram salary month of June-2019 15 Days @6250/-*0.2%=12/-
But labour department haryana automatically update the contribution same in every month .
So please suggest me how to update contribution as per salary/wages sheet .
