They have given me a policy which is saying that at the time of payout if employee is on notice period company is not liable to give performance bonus.
So in this case bonus cycle was sept 2016 to sept 2017 but i have given resign in jan 2018 so they are saying that this policy is applicable on me and they are not bound to give anything.
Is this legal for a company to apply this kind of policy? in this case they are never bound to pay anything and nobody can complaint in labour court .
Please help and also provide any lawyer information if possible.
